Air Monitoring

GBNS Partnership Ltd is UKAS accredited to undertake all types of air monitoring, which are fully compliant with HSG248 and the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006. Our in-house quality system meets the requirement of EN ISO/IEC17025 and EN ISO/IEC17020 on all types of air monitoring.

GBNS prides itself on the quality of our onsite work. Our analysts undergo full training to a high standard adhering to GBNS in-house quality control system and to UKAS standards. Once fully qualified they have to go through a stringent auditing process before being allowed in the field on their own.

All our analysts are equipped with fully functioning mobile laboratories for site work, so they can work in virtually any location without the need for additional power supplies or site lab facilities. All vehicles have satellite navigation systems to ensure sites are reached with ease and on time.

On site, our analysts produce computer generated paperwork which is issued to the contractor’s on site. A PDF copy, along with site photos once received from our analysts is then sent via email to the customer. Hard-copies of the reports will be issued on request.

The reports supplied by us are unique in the fact that our analysts will include site photos at key stages of the work, for example a photo of an enclosure prior to clearance being undertaken, photos of the decontamination unit (DCU) and skip locations, a photo of the work areas after completion and are included in the reports issued to all parties.

This unique design is to provide the customer with an in-site into the works being carried out, and the standard of the completed work. The added advantage of our paperwork is that it is easy to read, clear, concise and printable, without losing the high quality of print copy and easily stored on your PC.

All GBNS analysts are accredited with the minimum of the BOHS P403 and P404.
