GBNS Partnership are pleased to announce that due to continued growth we are currently searching for an Administration Manager to join our growing organisation in North Essex.
The role includes the following:
Reporting to the Operational Director
Manage the administration team day to day
Work closely with the Project Director to ensure seamless project rollouts and completions.
Managing the resourcing processes and staff so that we remain efficient and competent
Be responsible for front end collation of invoicing to enable Accounts team to function efficiently
To assist and be a major part of the TEAMS admin rollout and maintenance.
Dealing with initial client issues and complaints
Organise training and monitoring staff on technical issues and ensure that they are technically competent to carry out their jobs in line with their T&C requirements
Produce Management Information (MI) for the MD and Board so that they can monitor and assess the performance of the administration team and overall Company
Attend Board Meetings as and when required to update the Board on any administrative related issues
Carry out meetings with staff on group or one on one basis so that and resourcing and efficiency needs or other issues can be addressed
Liaise with clients and our contractors so that their expectations are met
Recruitment or all junior and senior Administrators
to be successful you will need:
Ability to work under pressure
TEAMS asbestos experience
Proven track record of efficient resourcing
If successful you will be rewarded with:
Salary Circa £25,000

GBNS Partnership Limited are pleased to announce the exciting news that the business has been acquired by Stanborough Scientific Limited.
Our new owners have over 40 years’ experience in the Asbestos Management Sector.
GBNS was identified as an Independent, Experienced, and Quality Driven business by the new owners and seen as a key industry target.
The core management will remain the same with the addition of a new senior management team. The business will remain in all current sectors with an intention to expand our geographical remit and increase volumes of the current services.
The new board are enthusiastic about the future of GBNS and its relationship with its clients.

Gareth Heard, one of our Senior Administrator/Project Coordinators is participating in a 5km inflatable obstacle run in Chelmsford, to raise funds for a friends little boy, Harvey.
Harvey has Quadriplegic Spastic Cerebral Palsy which affects all 4 of his limbs, Global Development Delay and Vision Impairment.
Harvey requires weekly physiotherapy which cost £145 per 2 hour session, the NHS can only provide 1 session every 6-8 weeks.
Please help to sponsor 'Team Harvey' to reach our goal to help this incredible boy as we face the 5km course.

GBNS are currently recruiting a trainee asbestos analyst/surveyor.
A Trainee position with full training towards obtaining BOHS P402, P403 & P404 Qualifications or equivalent.
No previous experience required but applicant must be methodical & practical. Must hold a full driving licence and ideally located within the Essex Area. Good communication & IT skills with attention to detail are essential. Must be willing to work evenings / weekends if requested. Duties will include assisting in carrying out all types of asbestos air monitoring and asbestos surveys, dealing with customers, clients and the general public.
Salary – Negotiable at the interview.

In our continual strive to offer our customers the service they desire, we have invested heavily in both time and money to improve our surveying systems.
As of January 2016, we have moved over to the TEAMS (The Electronic Asbestos Management System) and our surveyors are now collecting data electronically on-site and sending it back to the office. This will increase our efficiency and allow us to produce reports quicker than ever before, without impacting on our quality.
TEAMS also has added benefits of being a web-based portal that our customers can access all their properties we manage for them.
